Placing an order with Surya IR Heating Systems is very quick and easy to do. All the information you need for ordering and getting your panel heaters delivered is below.
Placing Your Order Online
We have made the process of placing an order online as simplistic as possible. When you place your order we will need to take some personal information including, but not limited to your Name, address and e-mail address.
If you have a promotional discount code, then enter it in your shopping cart.
Placing Your Order Over The Telephone
If you'd like to order over the phone as oppose to over the website, give our customer service team a call on 0116 321 4124 and they can help you.
How To Pay With Us
Surya Heating accepts multiple forms of payment which are the following:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (Only on purchases in our Leicester Showroom)
Cancelling Or Changing Your Order
In normal circumstances there is no way for you to change your order once it has been placed. If you wish to change your order in any way please follow the relevant steps below:
1. Adding items to your order: Please place a new order for the items you wish to add. Your orders will normally be sent out together, although this is not always a guarantee.
2. Cancelling an order, removing items from said order or changing the information: If you wish to edit your order in one of these ways then please call our customer service team on 0116 321 4124 or e-mail email@example.com. When calling, please be prepared to quote an order number and/or postcode.
If you order has already been dispatched or delivery please refer to our returns policy.
Delivery Within Mainland UK
All orders placed are delivered at no extra cost. This delivery is on a FedEx 24 Service and can take 1-2 working days. Whilst delivery does happen within these estimates 95% of the time, it is not guaranteed so please allow for any delays. Please note that Image Infrared Panels and Custom Image Infrared Panels can take anywhere up to 10 working days for dispatch, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
We can also ship abroad but there isn't a standard cost. If you call us before placing your order we can get a cost arranged depending on the size of your order.
Full Delivery Process
From the moment you place your order we aim to keep you fully informed. After placing your order you will receive confirmation in the form of an e-mail, then when your order is dispatched we will send you another e-mail, confirming that it has left our warehouse. This dispatch e-mail includes a unique tracking number than allows you to track your order from location to location.
How Will I Be Able To Track My Order?
Like mentioned a moment ago, you receive a unique ParcelForce tracking number when your order is dispatched. To track the consignment, just use the ParcelForce's tracking system at http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace and input your unique number.
In The Case Of Missing Products
If you do not receive your order in the time frame you have been told or expected, then please get in touch at your earliest convenience to let us know. Normally we ask you to wait a few extra days to allow for postage delays, especially around busy times like Christmas.
If after these few days you still don't have your items please get in touch and we can investigate the matter with our couriers. If necessary we may send your order out again as replacements for the misdelivery of the originals.
Incorrectly Supplied, Damaged Or Missing Goods From Your Order
If you receive your order and you find that the products received are faulty or not even in the parcel then make sure to get in touch straight away by calling 0116 321 4124 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any order arrives and the parcel is damaged then we ask that you reject the delivery and have it returned to us. Whether it is structural or aesthetic, any damages must be reported to us with 24 hours so a replace product can be organised. If we are notified about damaged items outside of this 24 hour period then no replacement can be authorised. If the packaging for your order arrives intact, we request that you remove the item from its packaging and inspect it/them to make sure there are no damages to the item(s).
No liability will be recognised by Surya IR Heating Systems for a failure or delay in performance which is either partially or wholly due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authorities, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failures in supplies or any other cause outside of our control.
All Surya IR Heating Systems products are covered by a 5 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee entitles you to a replace unit if yours were to become faulty.
